How to use

An essential oil to always use diluted: mix 1 to 2 drops into a spoonful of vegetable oil (jojoba, sweet almond...) before applying to the skin. For blemish-prone skin, a single undiluted drop may be dabbed very occasionally onto the spot with a cotton bud. For diffusion, a few drops in a diffuser are enough to scent the room. Always carry out a skin patch test on the inner elbow 24 h before first use. Do not swallow; avoid contact with the eyes, ears and mucous membranes. Not recommended for pregnant women (especially in the first trimester), breastfeeding women or young children. Keep out of reach of children. If in doubt, seek advice from a health professional.
